Make up Policy

Due to the uncontrollable factors of the NY XIANGHAO SWIMMING CLUB and the venue, the course will be cancelled or rescheduled, and we will arrange a unified time to make up the class. Parents are responsible for the absence of other non-club reasons. Students can refund 85% of their tuition fees from the course before the course begins. Students also can refund 80%, 60%, 40% of the tuition fee after one, two or three times of class. However, students will not be refund after four times of class. The refund period will be 45 days, expiration will be considered a waiver. Students who register after the start of the course will be charged on actual times basis, but will not be replenished.

纽约祥豪游泳俱乐部

补课说明

出于纽约祥豪俱乐部及场地不可控制的因素导致课程取消或改期，我们会安排统一时间补课。由于其它非俱乐部原因引起的缺课一律由家长自行承担责任。学生开课前退出课程，退（学费-手续费）的85%，开课一、二、三次后退出课程，分别退（学费-手续费）的80%、60%、40%。学生开课四次后不再进行退款，退款期限为45天，过期将视为放弃退款。凡阶段开课后报名的学生按次收费，但是不予以补课。
