Good news!!纽约祥豪游泳俱乐部将在2020年1月开设在Manhattan college的游泳课程。

课程Class：Learn to Swim & Beginner Clinic & Intermediate Clinic & Advance Clinic

时间Time：01/05-03/08 Sunday 12:00-14:00 (2020 first session)

Learn To Swim(学游泳班): Help your child to be familiar with water, master the basic swimming skills of walking, floating, breathing, and kicking in the water. （1 hour）

帮助孩子熟悉水性，掌握水中行走，漂浮，呼吸和打退的基本游泳技巧。（一个小时）

Beginner Clinic（初级班）: Help your child build confidence in the water and master the basic movements of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. （1 hour）

帮助孩子建立水中自信，掌握自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳的基本动作。（一个小时）

Intermediate Clinic（中级班）: Help your child improve their swimming skills and master the technical moves of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. (2 hours)

帮助孩子提升泳技，掌握自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳和蝶泳的技术动作。(两个小时)

Advance Clinic (高级班)：Help your child to modify the technique, carry out technical and special training for personal strengths, lay an important foundation for athletes to participate in various competitions, improve the technical movements of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, and improve diving, flip turn and pull over. (2 hours)

帮助孩子修改专项技术，针对个人的特长进行技术及专项训练，为运动员参加各项比赛打下重要基础。提升自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳和蝶泳的技术动作的同时，提升跳水，转身和大划臂等细节动作。 (两个小时)
