Coach Pan was a former professional coach for sport school in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province of China with over 20 years of teaching experience, especially for teenage individual and youth swimming teams. She graduated from Tianjin Sport institute. Due to her excellent teaching methodology, some of her students became national top swimmers and got championships in national swimming youth age group division, and many of those were selected as professional teams and professional sport institutes and entered top ranking schools due to their excellent swimming records.
